Ancient Ocean salt by pallet or superbag

Our Ancient Ocean® Himalayan pink salt is exclusively harvested from the Kalabagh Salt Mines in Mianwali, Punjab, which are newer and contain the highest quality raw salt.

In contrast, the Khewra Mines, Warcha Mines, and Jatta/Bahadurkhel Salt Quarries, which have been mined for decades, are too deep, dirty, and depleted of pink salt.

The salt mined in Kalabagh consistently meets our strict quality specifications, food safety requirements, and color criteria, resulting in our Himalayan Salt being bright pink and free from insolubles.

With a larger surface area than traditional grains, the sodium content of Pacific Blue is naturally lower as less salt is needed for the same salty flavor.
